Mr. Frank Royster
Frank James Royster was born to the late Mary Dennis and John Royster on August 7, 1920 in Evergreen, Alabama. He departed this life on August 11, 2011 in Evergreen, Alabama.
He joined New Hope A.M.E. Zion Church at the age of 7. He was also a member at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church under the watch care of Pastor Michael Jackson.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Fred Douglas Royster (triplet), John D. Royster, Carline and Aline (twins), Rosie Lee and Rosetta (twins), Lawrence and Leon (twins), Clarence, L.C., Mary, Hannah, Ruby, Freddie (triplet), Ernest, Jesse and Leslie (twins).
He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters, Laverne Carraway of Mobile, AL, Frankie Mae Royster of Seattle, WA and Gail Qutarreo (Sid) of Seattle Washington; three sons Frank A., Tony (Katrina), and Daniel Cook, all of Mobile, AL; a devoted niece and caregiver, Geraldine R. Mims; one sister-in-law, Ezzie Dell Royster; a devoted caregiver, Nora Campbell of Huntsville, AL; 32 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and his dog, Emma.
It is always gratifying to know that family and friends share our sorrow and have shown in many ways that they care. We thank you for the many ways that you have shared at this difficult time. May God continue to bless you as you continue to bless others.
