Mr. Isaac Richardson
On Sunday, April 12, 2015 our beloved cousin and friend, Isaac Coker Richardson, departed this life at Southern Regional Hospital in Riverdale, Georgia. He was born in Brewton, Alabama on February 24, 1931 to the late Mr. Ira Richardson and Clara Lee Thompson. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Bernice Murry and James Humphrey. He was also preceded in death by a nephew, James Harris.
At an early age he united with Second Saint Siloam Missionary Baptist Church and later moved with his family to Birmingham, Alabama where he completed high school and joined the U.S. Army. After serving in the U.S. Army, he return to Birmingham and attended a technical college to obtain certification in Radio and Television Repair. Upon obtaining his certification he took a job and moved to Buffalo, New York for approximately 25 years. In his retirement he moved back to Brewton, Alabama and reunited with Second Saint Siloam Missionary Church until his health failed. Then, because of his ill health, he made a heartfelt decision to move to Georgia with his cousins.
Isaac leaves to cherish his memories a sister-in-law, Mary A. Humphrey; one niece, Monica Duncan (Robert); four great nieces, Brittany M. Duncan, Brooke A. Duncan, Sheniqua Harris, and Latonca Harris; seven devoted cousins, Alma, Wynetta, and Michelle, all of Jonesboro, Georgia, Burl Hall Jr. (Hattie) of Wetumpka, Alabama, Charles Hall (Rose) of Wichita Fall, Texas, Johnny F. Hall (Jennifer) and Patrice E. Dees (Curtis), both of Brewton, Alabama and a host of other relatives and friends.
We, the family of Isaac C. Richardson, extend our heartfelt appreciation for the enormous out pouring of love, sympathy and support shown to us during our time of bereavement.
