Mr. James Albert Marshall
Mr. James Albert Marshall was born June 29, 1948 to Mr. and Mrs. Herbert and Maudis Fry whom both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by two children; one special aunt, Mrs. Jossie Marshall and three uncles, Leroy, James C. and David C. Marshall. James took the hand of his Heavenly Father on January 10, 2015.
James attended and graduated from North Eastern High School of Detroit, MI. After graduation he joined the military (Army) where he fought in the Vietnam War. Upon his return home he worked at the Faygo and Chrysler Companies. In 1986 he moved to Evergreen, AL where he attended Reid State Technical College for Carpentry. In 1988 he began working at the City of Evergreen as an Electrical Lineman where he worked for 13 years until his retirement.
James is survived and cherished by his devoted wife, Mrs. Donnie Faye Marshall; three children, Lajuana (Gene) Crawley of Detroit, MI, Corinthia and Rajah Savage-Marshall of Evergreen, AL; three brothers, DJ Frye of Evergreen, AL, Roderick Marshall of Detroit, MI and Anthony Jackson of Milton, FL; four sisters, Nancy Neal Benson of Greenville, AL, LaKeta Fry of Evergreen, AL and Darletha and Kenyetta Thomas, both of Foley, AL; two grandchildren; a very special sister-in-law, Mrs. Joyce A. Sims (Lonnell); a very special cousin, Carol Marshall-Johnson; three very special friends, Mr. Ronnie Bowman, Mr. Dan Allen and Mr. Michael King and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and other friends.
