Ms. Debra Montgomery
Debra Montgomery was born to Ervin Middleton Sr. and the late Dorothy Tucker on March 5, 1957. She grew up and attended public schools in Conecuh County and later went on to attend Alabama State University. She loved the Lord and made Centennial No. 1 Baptist Church her church home at an early age. “Deb”, as she was known by family and friends, was kind, loved people and she never met a stranger.
Deb spent most of her life as a homemaker, a great mother and a faithful wife to the late Dennis Montgomery Jr.
After a brief illness, on July 22, 2015, the Lord decided that her life journey here on earth was complete and called her home to rest. The countless memories and love will live forever through all her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Montgomery Jr.; her mother, Dorothy Middleton and brothers, Calvin Middleton, Frank Middleton and Willie Edward.
Left to cherish her loving memory are her children, Keiania Montgomery of Evergreen, AL and Stasha Montgomery of Huntsville, AL; her father, Ervin Middleton Sr.; siblings, Betty Spears of Mississippi, Patricia Bates of Evergreen, AL, Diane Middleton of Mississippi, Gwendolyn Osman of Birmingham, AL, Frederick Middleton of Evergreen, AL, Hub Middleton of Evergreen, and Ervin Middleton Jr. also of Evergreen, AL. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and a number of other family members and friends.
