Ms. Monique Davis Ikner
Monique LaShay Davis Ikner was born to Mary Davis and Tommy Lee Thomas on May 18, 1980 in Brewton, Alabama.
On October 27, 2017 God opened the gates of Heaven and sent His angels down to bring His daughter home to rest.
Monique accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church until God called her home.
She was a 1999 graduate of T.R. Miller High School. Monique started her work career at D.W. McMillan Hospital as a Phlebotomist. While working she attended Reid State Technical College where she graduated and received her LPN. Monique loved working in the health care field loving and caring for her patients. She performed her duties with love and a genuine smile.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Annie Campbell and an aunt, Debbie Campbell.
Cherishing her everlasting memories: one loving and dedicated son, Trentarius “Trent” Lee Ikner; her loving mother, Mary Davis and father, Tommy Lee Thomas; grandmother, Mattie Curry; dedicated sister, Tommeitra Jackson (Phillip); devoted uncle, Larry McCullough (Cheryl); two brothers, Homer Reeves of California and Rasieem Thomas of Brewton, AL and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers that loved her dearly. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
