Ms. Queen Esther Brazile
Queen Esther Jackson Brazile was born in Escambia County on December 11, 1910 to the parents of the late Eddie Jackson and Pazzie Edmond Jackson. She departed this life on November 8, 2012, Brewton, Alabama.
At an early age she professed her Christian belief in God and united with Second Bethlehem Baptist Church and later united with Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church where she served faithfully for many years as a dedicated usher. She also served faithfully in Sunday School, Mission, Charitable Aid, Home Union Society and Jackson Chapter #630 O.E.S.
After early years of schooling she applied her life to various tasks, serving diligently in her home, the church, community and abroad. She was gainfully employed in Domestic Engineering in Mobile, Harold Brothers (Brewton, AL) and the Watsons.
Sister Queen Esther Brazile is lovingly survived by five children, Bessie L. Brazile, Evelyn A. Brazile, Lorene Spencer, Celia J. Middleton (Johnny) and William W. Brazile (Vivian); several special grandchildren, great grandchild, great-great grandchildren of five generations and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
